9:50 a.m. Kerr McGee Park. Vandalism was reported overnight at the park.
2:15 p.m. Roosevelt. Someone reported gunshots and a blast near the old jail. The man heard what sounded like people laughing afterwards and was worried. The local S.W.A.T. team waas training and explosions were part of the exercise.

Indictments
• Michael P. Lucario, DOB Dec. 17, 1975, was indicted on one count of DUI (.16 or above), fourth degree felony; driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug, driving while license suspended, failure to maintain traffic lane, open container, all misdemeanors.
• Brandon Davis, DOB Mar. 29, 1982, was indicted on child abuse-intentional (no death or great bodily harm), a third degree felony; driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (.08 or above), resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, failure to dim headlights, no driver's license, no insurance, all misdemeanors.
• Denise Lujan, DOB Sept. 22, 1974, was indicted on one count of child-abuse (no death or great bodily harm), third degree felony; driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (.08 or above), failure to maintain traffic lane, all misdemeanors.
• Aaron Jimenez, DOB Sept. 13, 1982, was indicted on one count of possession of a firearm or destructive device by a felon, fourth degree felony; possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor.
• Daniel Graham, DOB May 18, 1984, was indicted on two counts of residential burglary, third degree felonies; one count of aggravated burglary (deadly weapon), second degree felony; two counts of larceny (over $500), one count of larceny (firearm), one count of unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, one count of aggravated assault (deadly weapon), all fourth degree felonies.
Sentencings
• Salvador Sanchez, DOB Feb. 11, 1983, was reinstated on probation for a report of violation with the underlying charges being burglary, third degree felony and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, fourth degree felonies and sentenced to six years to the Department of Corrections.
All but nine months was suspended. He was reinstated on probation for five years. He must pay probation costs and restitution determined by the Adult Probation and Parole Office, $100 DNA, 15$ domestic violence education fee and submit to DNA testing. He shall complete any programs recommended by the APPO and complete his GED. He is credited with nine months presentence confinement.
• Marvin C. Garcia, DOB March 23, 1967, was sentenced for the fourth offense of aggravated DWI (.16 or more), a fourth degree felony to the detention center for 18 months.
All but six months 14 days will be suspended. He shall receive credit for 14 days. Upon release, he shall be placed on supervised probation with the APPO. He must pay $100 DNA fee and submit to DNA testing, $194 in miscellaneous fees. He shall not drive. He shall install ignition interlock systems on all vehicles.
