RSS FeedPUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Administrative Agent, County of McKinley will receive competitive sealed bids until Tuesday, March 02, 2010 at 2:00 P.M., local time for bids – Sale of Various grades of scrap metal and white goods for a period of six (6) months at the McKinley County Transfer Station (MCTS), Gallup, New Mexico, at which time bids will be opened and publicly read aloud, as more particularly set out in the specifications.

The Procurement Code, Section 13-1-28 through 13-1-199, NMSA, 1978 imposes civil and criminal penalties for code violations. In addition the New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony/penalties for illegal bribes, gratuities and kickbacks.
